By using Tide you agree to these terms. Tide is a personal cycle and mood companion, it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or contraception guidance. Consult a qualified clinician for health decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the invite codes you share. You can revoke a partner's access at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tide to harass, impersonate, or share another person's data without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Termination
You may stop using Tide at any time. On request we will delete your account and associated cycle and mood data.
Disclaimers
Tide is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
